City Retreat has two rent reductions, each 10% off the monthly rent. One depends on the initial period you agree, the other on when your tenancy starts. Both apply together when you qualify for both.

Agree a four-month initial period and your monthly rent is 10% lower for the whole tenancy.
A winter start, a lower rent
Winter Reduction 10% Off
Tenancies starting between 1 November and 28 February have a 10% lower monthly rent for the whole tenancy.
